When students progress...

It's always so satisfying to see my photographers get better & better at their craft! Particularly when I've invested so much of my heart & soul into honing their skills and developing their style. Continous, never-ending improvement is what it's all about. The Japanese have a word for it...kaizen; always learning and willing to learn, getting better & better with each small step. So big respect to Andre, who's attitude to kaizen is spot on. Here's some recent evidence.
